Wound packing, step by step.
The integrated wound packing module was developed for fast filling of deep, irregular wound spaces. Its segmented construction supports mechanical tamponade and expands in volume on contact with blood.
Locate the source of bleeding and start packing with the ready sleeve of active compression inserts.
Insert the sleeve with segmented inserts ("power balls") to the deepest point of the wound cavity, starting gradual filling of the wound.
Successive segments of the module allow gradual, controlled filling of the wound space.
The wound should be packed tightly, leaving no empty spaces.
Cupping your hands shows the volume that an activated 90 cm wound packing module can fill.

Self-application loop
Lets you start applying it one-handed. The first wrap immediately stabilizes the bandage around the wound.
Packing module - ready sleeve
Factory-prepared, ready to use with no shaping needed. Tear it off and use it depending on the situation: packing deep wounds, or as an extra compression element.
Full-length hook fasteners
Stabilize the bandage and prevent it from unwrapping. The resistance of the fasteners naturally makes the user apply more compression while wrapping.
Final closure
A large end fastener and a classic buckle keep the bandage stable even during movement.
Modular pad construction
The pad works spatially and can be shaped - neck, armpits, groin, transitional areas.
Tolerant of user error
Even used incorrectly, the bandage still generates mechanical compression. The hard inserts act as a compression element regardless of active compression.
